Our Mission is to make your next trip to Joshua Tree National Park care-free and memorable by providing top quality retail and rental services.
’ll need for a comfortable stay in the Park.  So save those hefty airline fees for the extra luggage that would be your camping gear or bouldering pad.  Leave it all at home and rent our top-quality, clean and well-maintained gear instead!  We have it all from Metolius, bouldering pads and Mountain Hardwear  tents and sleeping bags, to Coleman stoves, lanterns and coolers (Click here for a printable list of our current rental rates).

We also offer our Kitchen Box, which includes plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pots and pans, cleaning stuff and more.  We’ll even get your groceries, so you can avoid shopping in an unfamiliar store when all you want to do is get to the Park.  Send us your order and we’ll have it all packed in coolers and dry boxes, ready for you to pick up on your way to your favorite campsite.  (Click here for details about our Shopping Service.)

Joshua Tree Outfitters also retails affordable and durable clothing and accessories to serve your outdoor work and play needs.  We offer burly pants and shorts from Arborwear, stylish and durable clothes from Royal Robbins, comfy recycled cotton t-shirts and sweaters from San Segal, rugged knives from Columbia River Knife and Tool, the world’s finest illumination tools from Surefire, and more.  

If you forgot it, didn’t think you would need it, or airport security confiscated it, we’ve got you covered.  If we can’t rent it or sell it to you, you probably don’t need it.  So come on in and buy a cozy hat and a nice fleece (yours are at home because you didn’t think the desert got this cold), or buy a great pair of pants (because the Joshua Tree rock shredded yours), or rent a camp stove and buy a knife (because airport security confiscated yours) or rent a comfortable camp chair for sitting around the fire and telling tall tales, because that’s what you do in Joshua Tree.
